1.1. Quality Policy.

TECSYMOLD aims for the quality of the products it offers to accurately reflect each customer’s expectations, thereby ensuring the company’s long-term success.

Therefore, it establishes, declares, and adheres to the following principles:

  1. The final quality of the service is the result of continuous improvement.
  2. Contractual requirements, customer desires, and customer satisfaction are the sole criteria for establishing the quality standard of our services.
  3. Quality requirements and contractual demands must be documented and made available to personnel objectively in plans and specifications.
  4. Quality is a common cause for all areas of TECSYMOLD; each area must assume it is both a customer and a supplier to TECSYMOLD.
  5. Every TECSYMOLD employee is responsible for the quality of their work. The Quality Manager must promote the implementation of the quality policy and objectives, verifying their execution through audits.
  6. Therefore, based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, continuous improvement of our Quality System is achieved, which consequently leads to an improvement in all TECSYMOLD services.
